“Techmart India 2007,” the 15th International Technology Fair, will coincide with this year’s India International Trade Fair starting at Pragati Maidan from 14th November to 27th November. The fair is being organised by the National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC), under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises.
“This event will display the latest technology developed in micro, small and medium enterprises sector in India . It will assist the MSME sector in marketing their services and products and also help large companies and cutomers in identifying companies that can become their ancillaries, partners in joint ventures and sub-contracting,” said by Chairman and Managing Director H.P. Kumar in a press conference on Tuesday.
More than 200 MSME units will be showing their technologies and products in the exhibition.
This year a new type of sectoral approach has been added to the show profile of the exhibition and emphasis which is laid on sector-specific products and technologies such as building material, auto parts , information technology(I.T), mechanical engineering and machines parts, textiles and various raw materials, as said by him...
